Terms and Conditions of Trusty Housecleaners

1. Services Offered Trusty Housecleaners provides professional cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. Our offerings include, but are not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms.

2. Pricing a. Initial quotes are based on the client's description of their property's size and condition. b. We reserve the right to adjust prices post-first cleaning in cases of discrepancies in property size, condition, or required cleaning time.

3. Service Denial We may refuse service for reasons including, but not limited to: a. Health or safety risks to our staff. b. Inaccurate or incomplete client information. c. Unreasonable client demands or expectations.

4. Payment a. Payment is due within 24 hours post-cleaning. We accept checks, cash, and Venmo. b. Invoices will be adjusted if pricing changes post-initial clean.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling a. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may incur a $25 fee.

6. Liability a. We commit to careful service provision but are not liable for damage to unsecured items, pre-existing damage, or natural wear and tear. Liability is limited to damages deliberately caused and indisputably proven.

7. Photography Consent a. We may take promotional photographs of cleaned areas for use in marketing materials. b. Clients consent to such use, acknowledging possible privacy implications.

8. Privacy and Security a. Client information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

9. Modifications a. We reserve the right to modify these terms, with clients to be notified of any changes.

10. Promotions a. Promotions are subject to change. We may not honor outdated flyer promotion
